Overview
The TUOWIN TW5502 is a silent oil-free air Compressor with a Power of 1100W, an exhaust capacity of 60L/min, and an exhaust pressure of 0.8MPa. The equipment is designed to be silent, with a noise value of 57 +/- 3dB (A) and a 50L gas tank, suitable for a variety of occasions that require a stable and clean air source.
Features
1. Safety valve: with sensitive detection and constant overpressure unloading function, it is safe and reliable, and the return seat pressure is stable to ensure that the components are energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe and effective.
2. Pressure switch: Adopt "Lifu" brand pressure switch, which can accurately adjust the pressure value range to meet the requirements of no-load, load, shutdown and high-frequency continuous action of the equipment, ensuring accuracy and Stability.
3. Gas-water separator: pressure-regulated design, which can adjust the stable air pressure as needed. With automatic gas-water separation device, it can effectively filtrate moisture and impurities in the compressed air. The joints and pressure gauges are made of stainless steel, which is hard and rust-proof.
4. Gas storage tank: The material is made of "Baosteel" rolled steel plate, and the inner and outer double-decked painting process is not easy to rusting.
5. Stainless steel capacitor: It is assembled with imported pressure film and international professional winding technology to ensure that the service life can reach more than 100,000 times. The shell is made of metal stainless steel, which is explosion-proof and durable, and is equipped with multiple interfaces, which can be used for many times.

Principle
This silent oil-free air Compressor reciprocates through a motor-driven piston to suck in air and compress it. The compressed air penetrates moisture and impurities through a gas-water separator and is then stored in an air storage tank. The pressure switch controls the start and stop of the equipment according to the set pressure range, and the safety valve automatically unloads when overpressure to ensure safety. The whole process does not require lubricating oil, providing clean compressed air.

Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are firmly connected and whether the Power supply voltage is 220V/50Hz.
2. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated position.
3. Connect the required pneumatic tools or equipment piping.
4. Turn on the power switch, and the device will automatically start and start compressing the air.
5. Adjust to the required Operating Pressure through a regulated gas-water separator.
6. After use, turn off the power switch and empty the compressed air in the tank.
Notice
• Make sure the device is used at Rated voltage (220V/50Hz).
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, drying and well ventilated environment.
• Regularly check the condensate in the side-by-side air-water separator.
Do not use it under conditions exceeding the rated pressure (0.8MPa).
When the equipment is running, do not touch high-temperature components (e.g. cylinders, exhaust pipes).
• Before performing any maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and drain the tank pressure.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or modify safety devices such as safety valves and pressure switches.
