Overview
The TUOWIN TW5504S is a silent oil-free air Compressor with 2200W Power, 120L/min exhaust capacity and 0.8MPa Operating Pressure. The equipment adopts a silent design, with a low operating noise of 56 +/- 3dB (A) and a 120L large-capacity gas storage tank, suitable for occasions where a stable, clean air source is required and noise is required.
Features
1. Equipped with a safety valve, it has sensitive detection and constant overpressure unloading function to ensure the safety, reliability, energy saving and environmental protection of the equipment.
2. Adopt "Lifu" brand pressure switch, which can accurately adjust the pressure value range to meet the needs of no-load, load, shutdown and high-frequency continuous action of the equipment, ensuring accurate and stable operation.
3. Equipped with a pressure-regulated gas-water separator, which can adjust the stable air pressure according to demand, and has an automatic gas-water separation device to effectively filtrate the moisture and impurities in the compressed air; its joints and pressure gauges are made of stainless steel, which is rust-proof and corrosion-proof.
4. The gas storage tank is made of "Baosteel" rolled steel plate, and has been treated by internal and external double-decked painting process, which is not easy to rusting.
5. The stainless steel capacitor assembled by imported pressure film and international professional winding technology has a service life of more than 100,000 times. The shell is made of metal stainless steel, which is explosion-proof and durable. It is equipped with multiple interfaces and can be used for repeability.
6. Equipped with a new type of overload protector with double reed structure, Sensitivity is high, which can effectively protect the host from voltage instability and other faults, ensuring the safety of the whole machine.
Principle
The silent oil-free air Compressor reciprocates through a motor-driven piston to suck air and compress it into the air storage tank. During the compression process, the gas-water separator will filtrate the moisture and impurities in the air, and the pressure switch precisely Controls the start-stop and pressure range of the system. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the safety valve automatically unloads, and the overload protector cuts off the power supply under abnormal circumstances, jointly ensuring that the equipment outputs compressed air safely, stably and cleanly under the set pressure.
Applications
Laboratory, Medical Equipment, Food Encasement, Electronic Manufacturing, lame plating, Pneumatic Tools, Small Production Line
Steps
1. Check whether the components of the equipment are firmly connected and confirm that the power supply is 220V/50Hz.
2. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated position.
3. Open the drain valve of the gas-water separator to empty the condensate that may exist.
4. Turn on the power supply and start the device.
5. Adjust the output pressure to the required Operating Pressure (such as 0.8MPa) through the pressure switch or pressure regulating valve.
6. The equipment will automatically shut down after running to the set pressure, and will automatically restart when the air pressure is lower than the set lower limit.
7. After use, turn off the power supply and open the drain valve again to release the compressed air and condensate in the air storage tank.
Notice
• Make sure the device is used at Rated voltage (220V/50Hz).
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well-ventilated environment, away from flammable and explosive items.
• Regularly check and drain the condensate in the gas-water separator and gas storage tank.
Do not exceed the maximum Operating Pressure of the device (0.8MPa).
When the equipment is running, do not touch high-temperature components (e.g. cylinders, exhaust pipes).
• Non-professional personnel should not remove or adjust safety devices such as safety valves and pressure switches.
• Regularly check whether there is any air leakage at each connection.
When not in use for a long time, the power supply should be cut off and the gas in the system should be drained.
