Principle
The equipment generates heat through electric heating elements, and uses built-in fans to force convection ventilation to circulate hot air inside the studio to ensure uniform temperature distribution. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller monitors and precisely controls the temperature in the box in real time, and maintains the thermostatic state after reaching the set value to meet the needs of different processes for thermostatic drying.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth and ventilated place and connect it to an AC380V power supply.
2. Open the box door, place samples and adjust the shelf position as needed.
3. Close the door and make sure the sealing is good.
4. Set the required temperature and timing time through a microcomputer intelligent liquid crystal thermostat.
5. Start the equipment, the fan starts to work, and the heating system runs according to the set program.
6. After the work is completed, the equipment is automatically stopped or manually turned off, and the sample is taken out after the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range.
Notice
* The equipment must be reliably grounded and ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC380V 50HZ.
* Do not use outside the device's operating Ambient Temperature (RT + 5~ 40 ° C) range.
* When placing the sample, do not block the air duct outlet to ensure Temperature uniformity.
When taking samples, please pay attention to high temperatures to avoid burns.
Regularly check the sealing ring and electrical components to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
* When cleaning the studio, please cut off the power first, until the box is completely chilled down.
If the main thermostat malfunctions, the auxiliary thermostat will intervene, but it is still necessary to contact a professional for maintenance in time.
