Overview
YOUKE YK3051 horizontal and vertical combustion tester (Touchscreen) is designed and manufactured according to the US UL94 standard and GBT2408 standard "flammability test of plastic materials for equipment and appliance parts", which is suitable for inspection and evaluation of combustion characteristics of plastic materials. The instrument can perform horizontal and vertical flammability tests on plastic parts of equipment and appliances, and is equipped with a Gas flow rate meter to adjust the flame size. The operation is simple and safe. It can evaluate materials such as V-0, V-1, V-2, HB, VTM-0 and other combustion grades.

Principle
The instrument controls the flame size of the Bunsen lamp by adjusting the Gas flow rate meter, applies standard flame to the plastic spline, and conducts combustion test according to the preset flame application time and angle. The system automatically monitors the residual flame time, and monitors the environment safety in real time through the Gas detection alarm device. When the gas concentration exceeds the standard, it automatically alarms, cuts off the gas supply and starts the exhaust air to ensure the safe operation.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC 220V/50Hz); 2. Set the flame time, residual flame time and combustion angle through Touchscreen; 3. Adjust the Gas flow rate to the standard flame height (20mm to 175mm); 4. Start the motor drive device to align the positive spline; 5. Start the combustion test; 6. The system automatically records the residual flame time and outputs the test results; 7. Optional printing test report.
