Overview
This load cabinet is a power supply Accessories power load cabinet of YOUKE brand model YK3150. It is used for testing the breaking capacity and normal operation of electrical Accessories, simulating the electrical life and on-off capacity of electrical products in a live state. Load currents of different specifications can be customized according to customer requirements.

Principle
This load cabinet conducts electrical life and on-off capacity test by simulating the use of electrical products in a live state. It can adjust the output current, voltage and Power factor, and control the on-off cycle through a counter to test the breaking capacity and normal operating performance of electrical Accessories.

Steps
1. Connect power to AC 220V, 50Hz
2. Set Output Current, Voltage and Power Factor Parameters
3. Preset the number of power-on and power-off cycle counters
4. Start the load output for testing
5. Monitor load current, load voltage, Power factor and test number display
6. When the count reaches the preset number of times, the device automatically stops the output current

When setting parameters, pay attention to the adjustable range of output current, voltage and Power factor
• When setting the counter number, it must not exceed 999,999 times
• During the test, independently monitor the load output parameters
• After the count reaches the preset number of times, the device will automatically stop without manual intervention
