Overview
Impact Tester YK3652 is a YOUKE brand product, which is mainly used for the determination of Impact toughness of Non-metallic materials such as hard plastics, reinforced nylon, frp, ceramics, cast stone, electrical insulation materials, etc. The equipment is a satisfactory testing equipment for the chemical industry, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges, mass testing and other departments.
Features
1. High Accuracy Intelligent Controller equipped with LCD display, intuitive and accurate reading data.
2. Use high-strength carbon fiber swing rod (patented) to improve material rigidity, Impact mass concentration pendulum centroid, to achieve no vibration impact test.
3. Using imported high-resolution digital encoder, Angle Test accuracy is higher and more stable.
4. Impact hammers and imported ball bearings that comply with aerodynamic principles reduce mechanical friction losses.
5. Automatically calculate the final result, and the data can be stored in 24 groups and averaged.
6. Operating interface in Chinese and English can be selected, and the test unit can be selected from J/m, KJ/m2, kg-cm/cm, ft-ib/in, etc.
7. Built-in micro-printer to print test data.
Principle
Impact energy and toughness are calculated automatically by High Accuracy Encoder for Measurement of Angles change at 2.9m/s speed by pendulum at pre-elevation angle of 150 °.

Steps
Select the pendulum energy (1J, 2J, 4J, 5J).
2. Set the jaw support spacing (40mm, 60mm, 70mm, 95mm or customized).
3. Place the specimen on the supporting blade.
4. Start the device and the pendulum releases the Impact specimen from a pre-elevation angle of 150 °.
5. Read the data through the color Touchscreen, automatically calculate and save the results.
6. Use the built-in microprinter to output test data.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ.
• Impact blade angle is 30 °, fillet radius R = 2mm +/- 0.5mm.
• The fillet radius of the supporting blade is R = 1mm.
• The center distance of the pendulum is 230mm, the angle accuracy is 0.01 °, and the energy accuracy is 0.01J.
• 24 sets of test data can be saved to support average calculation.
