Overview
YOUKE YK3057 Leakage marking tester is used to simulate the breakdown short circuit, material corrosion or fire risk caused by the arc caused by leakage of insulating materials in humid and impurity environments. This instrument conducts Destructiveness test on insulating materials to test their relative resistance to leakage marking under specified voltages, electric fields and water containing impurities. It is suitable for solid insulating materials and their products of electrical and electronic products and household appliances.
Features
1. The volume in the box is ≥ 0.5 cubic meters, with Glass observation door.
2. The test voltage is adjustable between 100 and 600V, and the voltage drop does not exceed 10% when the short-circuit current is 1A +/- 0.1A.
3. When the short-circuit leakage current is greater than or equal to 0.5A, the relay will cut off the current within 2 seconds, indicating that the test product is unqualified.
4. Using rectangular platinum Electrode, the bipolar force on the sample is 1.0N +/- 0.05N.
5. The drop height is adjustable from 30mm to 40mm, the drop size is 44 to 50 drops/cm ³, and the drop time interval is 30 +/- 1 second.
6. Structural parts are made of stainless steel or brass. Electrode head is platinum metal, which is resistant to high temperature and corrosion.
7. The drop count is accurate, and the Control system is stable and reliable.
Principle
This instrument simulates the insulation leakage phenomenon that may be caused by electrical products in humid and impurity environments between charged parts of different polarities or between charged parts and grounded metal parts. By applying a specified voltage, under the action of electric field and impurity-containing water, test the resistance to leakage and marking of insulating materials. When the short-circuit leakage current reaches or exceeds 0.5A and remains for 2 seconds, the relay automatically cuts off the current, indicating that the material is unqualified.
Applications
Electrical and electronic products, solid electrical insulation materials and products for household appliances, such as relay sockets, transfer switch covers, contactor bodies, etc
Standards
IEC60335、GB4706.1、IEC60884-1、GB2099.1、GB/T4207-2003、IEC60112
Steps
1. Connect the power supply to AC 220V, 50Hz.
2. Set the test voltage within the range of 100 to 600V.
3. Adjust the drop height to 30mm~ 40mm to ensure that the drop size is 44~ 50 drops/cm ³.
4. Set the drop interval to 30 +/- 1 second.
5. Place the sample to ensure that the electrode force on the sample is 1.0N +/- 0.05N.
6. Start the test and monitor the short-circuit leakage current. If it is greater than or equal to 0.5A for 2 seconds, the relay will automatically cut off the current.
7. Record the test results and determine whether the test product is qualified according to the action of the relay.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V, 50Hz to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage operation.
• Regularly check the integrity of the platinum metal of the Electrode Head to prevent corrosion from affecting the Test accuracy.
• The dripping device needs to be calibrated to ensure accurate dripping height and size.
• Observe the internal conditions of the box during the test to avoid impurity interference.
• Treat the test product in time after the relay action to prevent errors caused by the repeability test.
• Keep the cabinet clean, turn off the power and clean the equipment after use.
