Principle
The equipment handles materials through stirring, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, mixing and other processes under vacuum or pressure conditions. Using anchor-type spiral belt scraping wall stirring slurry and homogenizing working head, efficient reaction is achieved within a specific speed range (stirring 0-230rpm, homogeneous 10000-30000rpm), and the vacuum system can reach -0.097 to -0.02mpa to ensure process Stability.

Steps
1. Check the power connection to ensure that it is 220V 50/60HZ.
2. Add materials according to Processing capacity (allowable stirring amount 500ml, emulsification amount 1000-2000ml)
3. Set stirring speed (0-230rpm) and homogenizing speed (10000-30000rpm)
4. Start the vacuum system and adjust the Vacuum Level to -0.097---0.02MPa
5. Set temperature control as required, maximum Operating temperature 170 ℃
6. Glass kettle to observe the reaction process, or use stainless steel pressurization function
7. Monitor material temperature, pressure, viscosity, pH and other parameters
8. After completing the reaction, turn off the equipment and clean it
Notice
- Permissible Ambient Temperature 5-40 ℃, relative humidity 80%, beyond the range may affect equipment performance
- Processing viscosity does not exceed 10000mpas to avoid overload operation
- Ensure material contact materials (SS316L, Borosilicate Glass, FKM10) are compatible to prevent corrosion
- Travel of the lifting bracket is 210mm, pay attention to the safety range when operating
- Regularly check the vacuum sealing system and stirring components to ensure no leakage and abrasion
- Under vacuum or pressure conditions, strictly adhere to operating specifications to prevent accidents
