Overview
This three-blade Impeller is a stainless steel stirring element with a blade width of 70mm, a blade height of 1.8mm, a rod diameter of 8mm, and a rod length of 300mm. The product can make the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear force, suitable for medium and high speed use.

Principle
When the three-blade Impeller is running, the mixing medium is formed by the blade swirl/spin to form an axial flow pattern from top to bottom, and at the same time, a local shear force is generated to realize the mixing and dispersion of the material.

Suitable for mixing processes requiring medium and high speed stirring, generating axial flow and local shear force
Steps
1. Choose the right mixing equipment
2. Install and fix the Impeller on the stirring rod
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate position
4. Start the equipment and adjust the stirring speed as needed
5. After completing the mixing, turn off the equipment for cleaning and maintenance
