Overview
This dissolving Impeller is a four-vane stirring element made of stainless steel, with a pulp diameter of 150mm, a rod diameter of 8mm, and a rod length of 350mm. It is suitable for stirring medium and high viscosity liquids. Under medium and high speed use, the mixed medium can generate radial flow from top to bottom, forming strong turbulence and high shear force, effectively crushing particles in the liquid.
Features
1. Stainless steel, corrosion resistant and durable
2. Four-blade design, suitable for medium and high viscosity liquids
3, medium and high speed use, generating strong turbulence and high shear force
4. It can crush the particles in the liquid and improve the mixing efficiency
Principle
When the Impeller is running at medium and high speed, the mixed medium will flow radially from top to bottom, forming strong turbulence and high shear force. This flow mode can effectively crush the particles in the liquid and is suitable for the mixing process of medium and high viscosity liquids.
Applications
Medium and high viscosity liquid mixing, particle crushing, laboratory mixing, industrial mixing process
Steps
1. Install the Impeller on the mixing equipment to ensure that the rod diameter of 8mm matches the equipment
2. Adjust the Impeller position so that the slurry diameter of 150mm is completely immersed in the liquid
3. Start the equipment and select medium and high-speed gears for stirring
4. Monitor the mixing process to ensure the formation of radial flow and strong turbulence
5. After mixing, turn off the equipment and clean the Impeller
Notice
• Only suitable for medium and high viscosity liquids, not suitable for low viscosity media
• Check stainless steel for damage or corrosion before use
• Ensure that the Impeller rod length of 350mm is suitable for the depth of the container to avoid collisions
• When operating at medium and high speed, pay attention to safety protection to prevent liquid splashing
• Regular cleaning and maintenance of Impellers to extend service life
