Overview
HUXI two-jaw beaker clip (model: 20030016) is a commonly used fixture in laboratories, mainly used to hold beakers and other Glass utensils. Its design adopts a single-jaw adjustment structure and is equipped with a PVC clip, which can flexibly adjust the angle and direction for easy experimental operation.
Features
1. Adopting a single-claw adjustment design allows for flexible adjustment of the clamping angle and direction.
2. The clamping part is made of PVC to protect the utensils from skid and scratch.
3. The fixed clamp body is made of zinc alloy, providing a stable structure.
4. The extension rod, nut and spring are made of iron and chrome-plated outer layer, which has certain corrosion resistance.
5. The specifications are clear, with an opening of 45mm, a diameter of 10mm, a length of 130mm, and a total length of 230mm, providing clear adaptability.
Principle
The beaker clip manually adjusts the position of the single jaw, changes the opening and closing size of the clip, and uses the elastic force of the spring to provide a stable clamping force. The PVC clip can effectively stick and fix beakers and other utensils to prevent sliding. Its adjustable joint design allows users to adjust the clamping angle and direction according to experimental needs.
Applications
Chemical laboratories, biological laboratories, teaching experiments, and scientific research institutions

Steps
1. According to the size of the beaker to be clamped, swirl/spin adjustment mechanism, initially set the clip opening.
2. Put the beaker into the clamp to ensure that the clamp is in contact with the beaker wall.
3. Further adjust the jaws to make the PVC clamps fit the beaker tightly, providing a stable clamping force.
4. Adjust the beaker to the desired angle and direction by adjusting the joints.
5. After use, release the claw, remove the beaker, and return the clamp.
Notice
• Do not use beyond the specifications, the maximum opening of this product is 45mm.
• Avoid clamping vessels that are overweight or beyond their designed load-bearing range.
• Do not expose the fixture to strong corrosion chemicals for a long time to prevent damage to the platings.
• The adjustment force should be moderate to avoid damage to the adjustment mechanism or spring due to excessive force.
• Please check whether the clamp PVC is in good condition before and after use. If it is damaged, it should be replaced in time to prevent unstable clamping.
• Just wipe it with a soft cloth when cleaning to avoid scratching the chrome-plated surface with sharp objects.
