Overview
HUXI MS-D100 vertical digital display large-capacity Magnetic Stirrer is a device specially designed for low viscosity liquid or solid-liquid mixing experiments, especially suitable for liquid mixing scenarios with large sample volume and large capacity. Principle
The Magnetic Stirrer is driven by a DC brushless motor and uses a microcomputer to control the generation of a swirl/spin magnetic field, which drives the stirrer to swirl/spin in the container to achieve uniform stirring of low-viscosity liquids or solid-liquid mixtures. The LCD display monitors the Rotation speed in real time to ensure that the experimental process is stable and controllable.

Steps
1. Put the stirrer into the container and make sure the container is placed on the working plate.
2. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch of the instrument.
3. Use a single knob to set the desired Rotation speed or Miscellaneous parameter.
4. Press the run button to start stirring, and the LCD screen displays the real-time Rotation speed.
5. After the experiment is completed, press the stop button to end the operation and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V to avoid equipment damage caused by voltage mismatch.
• Check whether the stirrer is in good condition before use to avoid affecting the stirring effect.
• If the instrument shows BigInt when it is running, stop using it immediately and check for faults.
• Keep the work plate clean to avoid corrosion damage to the 304 stainless steel countertop.
• When folding the digital display screen pole, handle it with care to prevent damage to the structure.
• Maximum stirring capacity should not exceed 100L to avoid overload operation.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment to prevent safety accidents.
