HUXI Vortex-1 + 48-hole φ 6mm + strut vortex mixer is a simple and reliable experimental equipment with simple structure, small size, low power consumption and low noise. Principle
The vortex mixer is designed to generate high-speed circular oscillation through an eccentric spherical shaft, with a turnover diameter of 4mm, and drives the sample to quickly mix in a vortex type. It adopts a shaded pole motor with an input Power of 60W, an output power of 11W, and a fixed Rotation speed of 2800rpm to achieve efficient and uniform mixing of liquids, powders and other samples.

Steps
1. Select the working mode: point or continuous.
2. Install standard or optional Accessories (such as wear-resistant standard head, 48-hole φ 6mm testtube adapter, hand-held strut).
3. Turn on the power supply, according to the Power supply voltage (200~ 240V or 100~ 120V optional) and Frequency (50/60Hz) settings.
4. Start the instrument for mixing operation.

• Allowable relative humidity does not exceed 80%.
