Overview
HUXI Vortex-1 + 15-hole φ 10mm + strut vortex mixer is a laboratory mixing equipment with simple and reliable structure, small size, low power consumption and low noise. It adopts high-speed vortex mixing method, which can quickly, evenly and effectively mix liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, solid-solid (powder) samples, and is widely used in biochemistry, genetic engineering, medicine and other experimental fields.

Principle
Driven by a shaded-pole motor, the vortex Mixer generates a circumferential oscillation with a turnover diameter of 4mm. The instrument operates at a fixed Rotation speed of 2800rpm. The eccentric spherical shaft design converts the swirl/spin motion of the motor into a high-speed vortex vibration of the table surface, resulting in fast and uniform mixing of samples.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate adapter (such as the standard 15-hole φ 10mm testtube adapter) according to the Sample type and install it on the vibration head.
2. Place the sample container (e.g. testtube) into the adapter hole.
3. Connect the power supply (note voltage matching: 200~ 240V or 100~ 120V optional).
4. Select the desired Operating Mode (point or continuous).
5. Start the instrument and mix the samples.
6. After mixing, turn off the power of the instrument and remove the sample.

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage matches the instrument requirements (200~ 240V or 100~ 120V optional).
• Ambient Temperature of the instrument should be between 5 and 40 ° C, and the relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Ensure that the sample container is firmly placed to prevent slipping or splashing during high-speed vibration.
• Do not touch moving parts while the instrument is running.
• Keep the work surface clean and avoid long-term contact with corrosion substances.
• Instrument Shell Protection Rating is IP21, attention should be paid to moisture and prevent solid foreign matter from entering.
• Use standard wear-resistant standard heads, adapters and struts. If you need Miscellaneous accessories (such as aluminum hand struts, flat discs, etc.), please select the corresponding model.
