Overview
HUXI Vortex Mixer Model Vortex-1 + 12-hole φ 12mm + strut, is a simple and reliable experimental instrument with small size, low power consumption and low noise. It is widely used in biochemistry, genetic engineering, medicine and other fields. It can efficiently mix liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, solid-solid (powder) samples, and the mixing speed is fast, uniform and effective.

Principle
The vortex mixer is designed with an eccentric spherical shaft to generate circular oscillation, with a turnover diameter of 4mm, and drives the sample to move in a high-speed vortex. The shaded pole motor provides power, with an input Power of 60W and an output power of 11W, to achieve rapid and uniform mixing of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and solid-solid (powder).

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure that the voltage meets the specifications (200~ 240V or 100~ 120V optional).
2. Choose the working mode (point or continuous) as needed.
3. Place the sample on the countertop or adapter.
4. Start the instrument and perform the mixing operation.
5. Turn off the power after use and clean the instrument.

• Instrument Shell Protection Rating is IP21 to avoid use in humid or dusty environments.
