Overview
HUXI Vortex-1 + 8-hole φ 16mm + strut vortex mixer is an experimental instrument with simple and reliable structure, small size, low power consumption and low noise. It is widely used in biochemistry, genetic engineering, medicine and other fields, and can perform high-speed vortex-type rapid mixing of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, solid-solid (powder). Principle
Vortex mixer through the eccentric spherical shaft design to produce circular oscillation, turnover diameter of 4mm, driven by a shaded pole motor, input Power 60W, output power 11W, to achieve a fixed Rotation speed of 2800RPM high-speed vortex mixing, liquid, powder and other samples quickly and evenly mixed.

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure voltage matching (200~ 240V or 100~ 120V optional).
2. Choose the working mode as needed: point or continuous.
3. Place the sample on the countertop or adapter.
4. Start the instrument for mixing operation.
5. Turn off the power and clean the instrument after use.

• Power supply voltage matches instrument requirements to avoid over- or under-voltage operation.
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5-40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Avoid touching the vibrating parts when the instrument is working to prevent injury.
