Overview
HUXI Vortex-1 + 4-hole φ 26mm + strut vortex mixer is an experimental equipment with simple and reliable structure, small size, low power consumption and low noise. It is widely used in biochemistry, genetic engineering, medicine and other fields. It can perform high-speed vortex mixing of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, solid-solid (powder), and the mixing speed is fast, uniform and effective.

Principle
The swirl mixer is designed to generate circular oscillation through the eccentric spherical shaft, with a turnover diameter of 4mm. Driven by a shaded pole motor, the sample is mixed with a high-speed swirl at a fixed 2800RPM Rotation speed to achieve uniform mixing of liquid-liquid, liquid-solid, and solid-solid (powder).

Steps
Connect the power supply to ensure voltage matching (200~ 240V or 100~ 120V optional).
2. Install standard or optional adapters, such as 4-hole φ 26mm testtube adapters.
3. Select the working mode: point or continuous mode.
4. Start the instrument for mixing operation.
5. Turn off the power and clean the countertop after use.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matches the instrument requirements to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage.
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5-40 ℃, relative humidity should not exceed 80%.
• Use soft silicone foot pads to prevent the instrument from moving and ensure stable operation.
• Avoid long-term use in humid or corrosive environments to prolong life.
• Regularly check the motor and vibration head to ensure that there is no loosening or damage.
