Overview
The HUXI Vortex-DS (Option 1) Mixer is a versatile vortex mixer that is powerful, beautiful, and easy to carry. It integrates magnetic stirring, vortex mixing, and microplate oscillation functions, providing a fast operating platform for experiments.
Features
1. Two operation modes of point-action and continuous operation can be selected, and the switching is convenient;
2. Install the Stirrer base, which can be used as a Stirrer, with a maximum stirring capacity of 2000ml and a maximum Rotation speed of 1500rpm;
3. Install the disc, with the testtube adapter, which can vortex and mix different centrifugal testtubes;
4. Install the microplate adapter, which can vortex and mix the microplate;
5. The body adopts enhanced engineering plastic molding technology, no paints lame plating, acid and alkali resistance, collision resistance;
6. The work table is made of corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and safe TPU material, which changes the easily damaged characteristics of the original sponge table.
7. Integrated continuous, point vibration, speed regulation and other functions.
Principle
Driven by a high-Rotation speed DC brush motor, the Mixer uses a microcomputer controller for swirl/spin control to achieve vortex mixing, magnetic stirring and microplate oscillation. The vibration range is 4.5mm, Speed range 200~ 2500rpm (200~ 1500rpm when stirring), operated by knob speed regulation and automatic (touch) start/continuous operation switching mode.

Steps
1. Choose to install Stirrer base, disc testtube adapter or microplate adapter as needed;
2. Rotation speed is adjusted by knob;
3. Select point-operated or continuous operation mode;
4. Use the automatic (touch) startup function.
Notice
• Use a dedicated AC adapter, Power supply voltage is AC100-240V, 50-60HZ;
• The maximum stirring capacity is 2000ml;
• Pay attention to the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the body and work surface to avoid damage caused by improper use.
