Overview
The HT-200 pulse multi-tube vortex Mixer adopts microprocessor control and pulse mode of operation. Each buffering process is an accelerated process, which is suitable for experiments that require higher mixing strength. By replacing different testtube fixing sponges, various commonly used testtubes can be mixed and fostered, and up to 50 samples can be processed at a time. It is mainly suitable for the inspection of pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, food additives in food safety, as well as analysis, research and development and other scientific fields. It shows advantages when processing a large number of parallel samples, saves time and effort, and improves experimental Repeatability and sample collection rate.
Features
1. One-button knob operation mode, easy to use
Set the time arbitrarily within the range of 2.1min~ 99h59min, and automatically send a prompt tone after the run is over
3. A variety of sponge tuberacks are available for a wide range of uses
4. Soft start, accelerate evenly, effectively avoid sample splashing
5. DC brushless motor drive, accurate speed, long life, maintenance-free
6. Up to 50 specimens can be processed at a time, making the experiment effective and fast
7. Simple operation panel, precise control of micro-Processing capacity, LED real-time display speed and time
8. Humanized programming, built-in pointing and timing two operation modes
Principle
The HT-200 Pulsed Multi-Tube Vortex Mixer uses a microprocessor-controlled pulsed mode of operation to achieve sample mixing through horizontal rotary oscillation. Each buffering process is an accelerated process to ensure higher mixing intensity and is suitable for experiments with strict mixing requirements.
Applications
Pesticide residue inspection, veterinary drug residue inspection, food additive inspection, analysis, research and development in food safety
Steps
1. Select the operation mode (pointing or timing) through the knob
2. Set the time within the range of 1min~ 99h59min
3. Place the sample testtube in the sponge tuberack
4. Start the device and start mixing
5. The device automatically emits a prompt tone after the run is over
Notice
• Ensure that the outer diameter of the testtube is within the range of 14~ 17mm
• Maximum load does not exceed 4.5kg
• Use a suitable sponge tuberack
• Pay attention to the safety protection of equipment during operation
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment
