Overview
The HT-200 multi-tube vortex Mixer is controlled by a microprocessor and works in a pulsed mode. Each buffering process is an accelerated process, which is suitable for experiments that require higher mixing strength. By knob operation and replacement of the testtube fixing sponge, various commonly used testtubes can be mixed and fostered. Up to 50 samples can be processed at a time. It is widely used in the inspection of pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, food additives in food safety, as well as analysis, research and development and other scientific fields. It has the advantages of saving time and effort when processing a large number of parallel samples. Repeatability and sample collection rate are improved by automated mixing.
Features
1. One-button knob operation mode, easy to use
Set the time arbitrarily within the range of 2.1min~ 99h59min, and automatically send a prompt tone after the run is over
3. A variety of sponge tuberacks are available for a wide range of uses
4. Soft start, accelerate evenly, effectively avoid sample splashing
5. DC brushless motor drive, accurate speed, long life, maintenance-free
6. Up to 50 specimens can be processed at a time, making the experiment effective and fast
7. Simple operation panel, precise control of micro-Processing capacity, LED real-time display speed and time
8. Humanized programming, built-in pointing and timing two operation modes
Principle
The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor and performs horizontal rotary oscillation through pulsed operation. Each buffering process is accelerated to ensure mixing strength. DC brushless motor drive provides precise speed control, and the soft start design achieves uniform acceleration to avoid sample splashing.
Applications
In food safety, the inspection, analysis, research and development of pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues, food additives and other scientific fields
Steps
1. Select the operation mode (pointing or timing) through the knob
2. Set the required time (1min~ 99h59min)
3. Place the sample and start mixing
4. After the run, the instrument automatically emits a prompt tone
Notice
• Make sure the testtube is fixed and the sponge is adapted to the sample testtube before use
• Avoid exceeding the maximum load of 4.5kg
• Speed range: 500~ 2500rpm
• Regularly check the operating status of the instrument
