Overview
The HUXI HTG-10D Roller Mixer uses a brushless DC motor and microcomputer control technology, which is easy to operate and can roll and shake all kinds of commonly used testtubes. The instrument is especially suitable for mixing blood, Tack liquids and liquid-solid suspensions. It is suitable for preventing blood clotting. Blood samples can be free of anticoagulants and will not damage blood cells.

Principle
Roller Mixer drives the roller through a brushless DC motor to perform rolling and rocking motion, combined with microcomputer control technology implementation of accurate Rotation speed and time adjustment, so as to gently and evenly mix the samples in the testtube.

Steps
1. Place the sample testtube on the roller;
2. Set the required Working time (within the range of 0~ 99h/59min) and Rotation speed (20~ 100rpm) through the microcomputer control panel;
3. Select Operating Mode (Normal Roll Swing or Front and Back Roll Swing);
4. Start the instrument and start the mixing operation;
5. Remove the testtube after running.

• Ambient Temperature should be maintained at 5-40 ℃;
• relative humidity not exceeding 80%;
• The maximum load does not exceed 4kg;
• Instrument Shell Protection Rating is IP21 to avoid use in humid or dusty environments;
• Regularly check the status of the motor and roller to ensure safe operation.
