HUXI HX-CF10 Ultrasonic Reaction Kettle is a multi-functional and multi-purpose instrument that uses strong ultrasound to produce cavitation effect in liquids and ultrasonic treatment of substances. Steps
1. Create and select the operation program through the TFT Touchscreen;
2. Set the ultrasonic pulse time on (0.1-99), ultrasonic pulse time off (0.1-99) and total working time (1-99H59M59S);
3. Power adjustment (automatic or manual amplitude adjustment) and homogeneous Mulser gear (A-G);
4. Start the equipment for homogenization emulsification, ultrasonic treatment, mixing and other operations;
5. Monitor the running status, and the device is equipped with voice prompts and alarm functions.
Notice
• Make sure the horn is properly immersed in liquid before use to automatically adjust the ultrasonic Power;
• Pay attention to the overload protection and temperature protection functions of the equipment to avoid overrun;
• The continuous operation time of the homogeneous Mulser does not exceed 4 hours;
• Follow power requirements (220V/50Hz) during operation;
• Optional functions such as vacuuming, jacket thermostatic, and horn full sealing need to be configured according to experimental requirements;
