It adopts handheld operation design, light and convenient, built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, suitable for outdoor or laboratory mobile operation. This product is mainly used for animal and plant tissue crushing, homogenization, medical diagnosis, micro-dispersion emulsification and homogenization.

Principle
The homogenizer mechanically crushes and homogenizes the material through a high-speed swirl/spin working cutter head, and uses an adjustable Rotation speed to achieve different degrees of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate cutter head configuration according to the Processing capacity.
2. Place the material in a centrifuge tube or sampling bottle.
3. Turn on the device and adjust the Rotation speed gear as needed.
4. Perform the homogenization operation with the handheld device until the desired effect is achieved.
5. Clean the cutter head and accessories after use.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment has sufficient power before operation.
• Use the appropriate working head to avoid damage caused by incompatibility.
• Ambient Temperature 5~ 40 ℃ and relative humidity not more than 80%.
• When handling high viscosity materials, do not exceed the maximum processing viscosity of 100CP.
• Regularly check the abrasion of the cutter head and accessories and replace them in time.
