Principle
The instrument uses strong ultrasound to produce cavitation effect in liquid, performs ultrasonic treatment on substances, and realizes various functions such as cell crushing, emulsification, and separation.
Applications
Teaching, research and production in the fields of biochemistry, microbiology, chemistry, surface chemistry, physics, zoology, agriculture, etc
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and turn it on.
2. Set ultrasonic time, Power and other parameters through Touchscreen
3. Put the sample in the sound box and make sure the horn is immersed in the liquid.
Step 4 Initiate sonication
5. Monitor the processing process and pay attention to alarm prompts
6. Shut down and clean the equipment after processing is completed
Notice
• Make sure the horn is properly immersed in the liquid before use to avoid no-load operation
• Pay attention to the sample temperature to prevent overheating
• Power and time setting range to avoid overload
• Regularly check the status of equipment and deal with fault alarms in a timely manner
• Keep equipment clean to avoid contaminating samples
