Overview
Shanghai HUXI (HUXI) pilot-scale high-shear dispersion Mulser is specially designed for pilot-scale, simulated production and small batch production in factories. The standard working head adopts a claw structure, which can freely replace the suitable stator and rotor for different materials and process requirements. Processing capacity reaches 30L (H2O).

Principle
The equipment drives the swirl/spin of the claw structure working head through a high-speed variable frequency motor to generate high shear force and realize the dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials. The stator and rotor can be replaced for different materials to meet various process requirements.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (220V 50HZ)
2. Select and install the appropriate working head as required
3. Set the required Rotation speed by frequency conversion (50~ 6000rpm)
4. Start the device for batch processing
5. Use the electric lift function to adjust the working head position (Lift Travel 500mm)
6. Up to 8 hours of continuous work
