Overview
Shanghai HUXI (HUXI) pilot-scale high shear dispersion Mulser HR-60Z/60G (electric lift) is specially designed for pilot-scale, simulated production and small batch production in factories. The standard working head adopts claw structure, which can be freely replaced with suitable stator and rotor for different material and process requirements. Processing capacity is 30L (H2O).

Principle
The equipment drives the claw structure working head swirl/spin through a high-speed variable frequency motor to generate high shear force and realize the functions of material dispersion, emulsification and mixing. The frequency conversion speed regulation technology ensures a smooth start, Rotation speed is adjustable in the range of 50~ 6000rpm, and the digital display real-time Rotation speed.

Steps
1. Select and install the appropriate working head as required
2. Connect the power supply and ensure that the voltage is 220V 50HZ.
3. Start the device through the frequency converter and gradually adjust to the required Rotation speed
4. Carry out material handling, Continuous Operating Time does not exceed 8 hours
5. After the processing is completed, turn off the equipment and remove the working head for cleaning

● Maximum processing viscosity is 8000CP, working head viscosity is 6000mpas
The equipment has an overload protection function to avoid overload during use
