Overview
HUXI HR-60Z/60T5 (Electric Lifting) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is designed for pilot, simulation production and small batch production in factories. The working head is matched by a high-speed swirl/spin rotor and a precise stator working chamber. It relies on high-line speed to generate strong hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed in one go, and finally a stable and qualified product is obtained.

5. The instrument is equipped with a red mushroom head emergency stop button. When the machine is in a malfunctioning state, use this button to cut off the power supply, so that the equipment stops running immediately, achieving the role of protecting personal and equipment safety.

Principle

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head.
2. Set the frequency conversion speed regulation to the required Rotation speed;
3. Use the electro-hydraulic lifting method to adjust the position of the working head;
4. Start the equipment for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and mixing operations;
5. Use the emergency stop button to cut off the power in the event of a failure.
