Overview
HUXI HR-90Z/90T1 (Electric Lifting) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is designed for pilot, simulation production and small batch production in factories. The working head is made of a high-speed swirl/spin rotor and a precise stator working chamber. It relies on high line speed to generate strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and mixing in one go, and finally a stable and qualified product is obtained.

5. The instrument is equipped with a red mushroom head emergency stop button. When the machine is in a malfunctioning state, use this button to cut off the power supply, so that the equipment stops running immediately, achieving the role of protecting personal and equipment safety.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head as required.
2. Use the electro-hydraulic lifting method to adjust the position of the equipment;
3. Rotation speed required by variable frequency speed regulation, digital display to ensure accuracy;
4. Start the equipment for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and mixing operations;
5. Use the red mushroom head emergency stop button to cut off the power in the event of a failure;
6. Stop the device after finishing processing.

• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ;
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 40 ℃;
• relative humidity not exceeding 80%;
• Standard Processing capacity is 10~ 50L, the maximum processing viscosity is 8000CP;
• Speed range is controlled at 50~ 4000rpm;
• Use the emergency stop button immediately to protect safety in the event of a failure.
• Regularly check the status of the motor and inverter.
• Avoid overload operation to prevent equipment damage.
