Overview
HUXI HR-90Z/90T2 (Electric Lifting) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is designed for pilot, simulation production and small batch production in factories. The working head is made of a high-speed swirl/spin rotor and a precise stator working chamber. It relies on high-line speed to generate strong hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed in one go, and finally a stable and qualified product is obtained.

Principle

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head according to the experimental requirements
2. Set frequency conversion speed regulation parameters, adjust Rotation speed through digital display
3. Use the electro-hydraulic lifting method to adjust the position of the working head
4. Start the device for decentralized emulsification
5. In case of failure, press the red mushroom head emergency stop button to cut off the power supply.
