Overview
HUXI HR-90Z/90G (Electric Lifting) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is designed for pilot, simulation production and small batch production in factories. The working head is matched by a high-speed swirl/spin rotor and a precise stator working chamber. It relies on high line speed to generate strong hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and mixing in one go, and finally a stable and qualified product is obtained.

5. The instrument is equipped with a red mushroom head emergency stop button. When the machine is in a malfunctioning state, use this button to cut off the power supply, so that the equipment stops running immediately, achieving the role of protecting personal and equipment safety.

Principle

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head according to the experimental requirements.
2. Set the variable frequency speed regulation parameters, and adjust the Rotation speed through the digital display;
3. Use the electro-hydraulic lifting method to adjust the position of the working head;
4. Start the equipment for dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, crushing and mixing operations;
5. In case of failure, press the red mushroom head emergency stop button to cut off the power supply.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50HZ;
• Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 5~ 40 ℃;
• relative humidity not exceeding 80%;
• The viscosity of the treated material does not exceed 8000CP;
• Processing capacity is 10~ 50L;
• Check whether the overload protection function is normal before use;
• Pay attention to safety during operation and be familiar with the position of the emergency stop button.
