Overview
HUXI HR-90Z/90T5 (Electric Lifting) Pilot High Shear Dispersion Mulser is designed for pilot, simulation production and small batch production in factories. The working head is matched by a high-speed swirl/spin rotor and a precise stator working chamber. It relies on high line speed to generate strong hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting and collision, so that the material is fully dispersed, emulsified, homogenized, crushed and mixed in one go, and finally a stable and qualified product is obtained.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate working head.
2. Set frequency conversion speed regulation and digital display Rotation speed;
3. Use the electro-hydraulic lifting method to adjust the position of the equipment;
4. Start the high-speed variable frequency motor for decentralized emulsification operation;
5. Use the red mushroom head emergency stop button to cut off the power in the event of a failure.
