Overview
The LANDTEK SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge bracket accessory is an auxiliary device specially designed for use with the SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge, suitable for surface roughness measurement of small diameter workpieces.
Features
1. Specially designed for small diameter measurement, expanding the application range of the instrument.
2. As an original accessory, it has good compatibility with SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge to ensure measurement Stability.
Principle
As an auxiliary fixture for the Roughness Gauge, this bracket accessory helps the SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge Probe to accurately and stably contact the inner wall or specific position of the small-diameter workpiece by providing stable support and positioning, thus completing the collection of surface roughness parameters.
Applications
It is suitable for the field of surface roughness measurement on the inner wall of small diameter pipes, Holes, shafts and other workpieces.
Steps
1. Connect the bracket accessories correctly to the SRT-6200 Roughness Gauge main unit.
2. According to the size and shape of the measured small-diameter workpiece, adjust the fixing or supporting method of the bracket.
3. Guide the Roughness Gauge Probe through the bracket to the predetermined position on the surface of the workpiece to be tested.
4. After ensuring that the Probe is in stable contact with the measured surface, start the host for measurement.
5. After the measurement is completed, remove the Probe and properly store the accessories.
Notice
• Please confirm that the bracket accessories are fully compatible with your SRT-6200 host model before use.
• Ensure that the bracket is firmly installed during operation to avoid shaking during the measurement process and affect the Measurement accuracy.
• For small-diameter workpieces of different sizes and shapes, it is necessary to adjust the support point of the bracket reasonably to ensure that the Probe can contact the measured surface vertically or at the required angle.
• Do not force this accessory beyond its designed carrying range or Operating Environment.
• Please clean and keep it properly after use to avoid bumping or heavy pressure.
