NIRUN NDJ-5S + RTD Digital Viscometer is a High Accuracy viscosity measurement instrument with microcomputer control. It uses a high subdivision drive stepper motor to rotate accurately and smoothly, and an optional RTD temperature probe to monitor the sample temperature in real time, suitable for a variety of fluid viscosity measurement.

Optional RTD temperature probe can be used to monitor the sample temperature in real time. 8. Optional RS232 interface to connect the micro printer to print measurement data in real time.
The instrument drives a high-subdivision stepper motor through a microcomputer control system to drive the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample. Tack resistance to the rotor forms a torque, which is detected by the Sensor and processed internally by the instrument. Finally, the viscosity value of the sample is directly displayed on the LCD screen. The continuous collection method can more accurately reflect the viscosity change.

1. Choose the appropriate rotor and speed according to the estimated viscosity. 2. Connect the rotor to the instrument and immerse the sample to be tested to the specified marking line. 3. Turn on the power and set the required measurement speed. 4. Start the measurement and read the viscosity data after the display value is stable. 5. To monitor the temperature, connect the RTD temperature probe. 6. After the measurement is completed, clean the rotor.
