The instrument drives a high-subdivision stepper motor through a microcomputer control system to drive the rotor to swirl/spin at a uniform speed in the sample. The Tack resistance (torque) received by the rotor is converted into an electrical signal by the Sensor (such as beryllium bronze torque material), and the viscosity value is directly displayed on the LCD screen after the computer full-scale linear correction. The optional RTD temperature probe can monitor the sample temperature synchronously.

1. Choose the appropriate rotor and speed combination according to the estimated viscosity value. 2. Connect the rotor to the instrument and immerse the sample to be tested to the designated marking line. 3. Turn on the power and set the required speed through the instrument panel. 4. Start the measurement, the instrument will automatically drive the rotor swirl/spin and start continuous data acquisition. 5. Observe the LCD display and record the measurement results after the viscosity reading stabilizes. 6. After the measurement is completed, turn off the instrument and clean the rotor.
