Overview
The DHG-9030 electric thermostatic blast drying oven is one of the DHG-9000 series products with a capacity of 40 liters. The shell of the equipment is welded with high-quality steel plate and the surface is lame plated. The liner is steel plate lame plating high temperature silver powder paint or stainless steel plate, with double-decked Glass observation window and heat-resistant sealing strip. The operating parts are concentrated in the front of the box body for easy use.

Principle
After the equipment is powered on, the fan and the electric heater work at the same time. The heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, and then sucked into the fan after passing through the items in the working room, forming a continuous hot air circulation. The microcomputer intelligent temperature control instrument controls the heating process according to the set temperature, so that the temperature of the studio is uniform and kept constant.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a well-ventilated room to ensure that there are no flammable and explosive items around.
2. Ensure that the equipment housing is effectively grounded.
3. Put the items to be processed into the box, be careful not to overcrowd, and leave space.
4. Close the box door and turn on the power supply.
5. Set the required temperature through the thermostat at the front of the box.
6. The equipment starts to work and is heated thermostatic by circulating hot air.
7. After use, disconnect the power supply and take out the items after the box is chilled down.
8. Clean the inside and outside of the box, cover the dust cover and store it in the drying place when not in use for a long time.
Notice
• The drying oven shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
• It should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and flammable and explosive items should not be placed around and in the box.
• Do not overcrowd the items in the box, and leave space.
• The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean often, and the plastic dust cover should not be covered for a long time and placed in the drying room.
