Overview
The DHG-9030A electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 40-liter volume drying equipment. The shell is welded with high-quality steel plate and the surface is lame plated, and the liner is stainless steel plate. The box door has a double-decked Glass observation window, and the studio and the box door are sealed with heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope. Operating parts such as power switches and intelligent temperature controllers are concentrated in front of the box for easy use.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven is composed of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan works at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is discharged through the air duct, flows through the work room to be dried and then sucked into the fan.
Applications
Factory production experiments, medical research, drug testing, environment protection, rural science and other fields, used for drying, baking, wax, sterilizing and other purposes.
Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a well-ventilated room to ensure that there are no flammable and explosive items around.
2. Ensure that the housing is effectively grounded.
3. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
4. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) through the intelligent temperature controller in front of the box.
5. Put the items to be processed into the box, pay attention to leaving space between the items, and do not overcrowd.
6. Close the box door and start the device to work.
7. After use, turn off the power and clean the inside and outside of the box.
8. When not in use for a long time, cover the plastic dust cover and store it in the drying room.

• The drying oven shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.

• Do not overcrowd the items in the box, and leave space to ensure air circulation.
• The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean at all times. When not in use for a long time, a plastic dust cover should be covered and placed in the drying room.
