Overview
DHG-9070A electric thermostatic blast drying oven is a 70-liter volume equipment. The shell is welded with high-quality steel plate and the surface is lame plated, and the liner is stainless steel plate. The box door is equipped with a double-decked Glass observation window. There is heat-resistant silicone rubber or asbestos rope sealing insulation between the studio and the box door. Operating parts such as power switches and temperature controllers are concentrated in front of the box for easy use. The equipment is mainly used for drying, baking, melting wax, sterilizing and other processes.
Features
1, the use of microcomputer smart digital temperature control instrument, with progressive heating function, can effectively suppress temperature overshoot, high temperature control accuracy.

Principle
The heating thermostatic system of the drying oven consists of an electric heater, a temperature controller, a fan and an air duct structure. After the power is turned on, the fan starts at the same time, and the heat generated by the electric heater is forcibly discharged through the air duct. After the hot air flows through the items that need to be dried in the working room, it is sucked by the fan to form a continuous forced convection cycle, so that the temperature in the working room reaches a uniform and constant state.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a well-ventilated room to ensure that there are no flammable and explosive items around.
2. Ensure that the equipment housing is effectively grounded.
3. Put the items to be processed into the studio, pay attention to leaving space between the items, and do not overcrowd.
4. Close the box door.
5. Turn on the power supply.
6. Set the required temperature and operating parameters through the temperature controller in front of the box.
7. The equipment starts to work, and the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window.
8. After the work is completed, turn off the power and remove the items.
Notice
• The drying oven shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
The equipment should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and no flammable or explosive items should be placed around it or in the box.
Do not overcrowd when placing items in the box, and leave enough space to ensure air circulation.
• The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean frequently. When not in use for a long time, a plastic dust cover should be covered and stored in the drying room.
