Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, combined with a forced blast circulation system, which allows hot air to flow evenly inside the studio, thus enabling thermostatic drying, baking or sterilizing of items. Intelligent temperature control systems (some models) monitor and regulate the temperature inside the box to stabilize it at the set value.

Steps
1. Place the drying oven in a well-ventilated room, connect the 220V 50Hz power supply and ensure that the shell is effectively grounded.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed reasonably on the shelf to ensure that they are not crowded and leave space.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature (RT + 10 to 300 ° C) through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start heating and blowing.
5. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply and wait until the temperature in the box drops to a safe range before removing the items.
Notice
• The drying oven shell must be effectively grounded to ensure safe use.
• The drying oven should be placed in a well-ventilated room, and flammable and explosive items should not be placed around it and in the box.
• Do not overcrowd the items in the box, and leave space.
• The inside and outside of the box should be kept clean often, and the plastic dust cover should not be covered for a long time and placed in the drying room.
