Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements and uses a low-noise fan and air duct system to form hot air circulation, so that the hot air flows evenly inside the studio, so as to achieve the purpose of thermostatic drying, baking or disinfection. The microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument is responsible for precise control and maintenance of the set temperature.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to a 220V, 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the standard 2 shelves, and then close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) through a microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer.
4. Start the equipment, heating and hot air circulation system to work.
5. The equipment runs to the set temperature and remains thermostatic, and performs operations such as drying, baking, melting wax or sterilizing.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, and open the box door to take out the items after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Power supply voltage of 220V, 50Hz.
• Inner chamber dimensions are 250 × 250 × 250mm, do not overload or place items beyond the size.
• The temperature in the box is high when the equipment is working and just after the end, please do not touch the inside of the box, and pay attention to anti-scalding when taking out items.
• When cleaning the liner, the design of its semi-circular arc four corners can be used for easy operation.
• When melting wax, sterilizing and other operations, please follow the relevant safety regulations.
