Overview
DHG-9025A electric thermostatic drying oven (hot air sterilization box) is a drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing equipment suitable for industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions and other places.
Features
1. The box is welded with good steel plate, the working room is stainless steel liner, and the four corners of the liner are semi-circular arc, which is convenient for cleaning, novel in shape, beautiful and energy-saving.
2. Adopt a microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature controller for accurate and reliable temperature control.
3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and suitable air ducts to ensure uniform temperature in the working room.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is combined with a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system for precise temperature control. The built-in low-noise fan and air duct form a hot air circulation system, so that the hot air is forced convection inside the studio, so as to achieve uniform distribution of temperature inside the studio, to achieve the purpose of drying, baking, melting wax or sterilizing.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V, 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed on the standard shelf. Note that there is an appropriate gap between the items to facilitate hot air circulation.
3. Close the box door and set the required Operating temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ℃) through the microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the fan runs synchronously for hot air circulation.
5. After the device reaches the set temperature, it will automatically maintain the thermostatic state.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, and open the box door to take out the items after the temperature in the box naturally chills down to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a stable, drying, well-ventilated environment, away from flammable and explosive items.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
• When placing samples, do not block the outlet and inlet of the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is working and just after the work, do not directly touch the liner and heating elements, and be careful of high temperature burns when opening the door to pick up objects.
Do not disassemble or modify the equipment at will. If it malfunctions, it should be overhauled by professionals.
• Before cleaning the equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply and allow it to chill down completely. Use a soft cloth to wipe when cleaning, and avoid the use of corrosion cleaners.
• When not in use for a long time, please cut off the power supply and keep the equipment drying.
