HONGKE DHG-9202-0S electric thermostatic drying oven (Hot Air Sterilizer) is suitable for drying, baking, wax and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions, etc. This model adopts intelligent digital display temperature control instrument, which is accurate and reliable in temperature control.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel plate or stainless steel plate welded, the working room is sprayed with high temperature resistant silver paint, and the four corners of the liner are semi-circular arcs, which are convenient for cleaning, novel in shape, beautiful and energy-saving.

3. The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and suitable air ducts, and the temperature in the working room is uniform.
Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, and a circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct evenly sends hot air into the studio, so that the temperature in the box reaches the set value. The microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure that the temperature is constant.

Steps
1. Place the device in a smooth, well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V, 50Hz power supply.
2. Open the box door, place the items to be processed on the standard 2 shelves, and then close the box door.
3. Set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) through a microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system starts working, and the fan runs to circulate the hot air.
5. After the device reaches the set temperature, it will automatically maintain the thermostatic state.
6. After the work is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, wait for the temperature in the box to naturally chill down to the safe range, and then open the box door to take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box.
• When placing items, do not block the air duct in the box to ensure uniform temperature.
The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is running and just after operation. Do not touch the inside of the box and the heating elements to prevent burns.
• After the work is completed, do not open the door immediately, and wait until the temperature in the box naturally chills down to a safe range before operating.
When cleaning the liner, make sure the equipment is powered off and completely chilled down.
• Please use the specified 220V, 50Hz power supply and ensure good grounding.
