DHG-9202-1SA electric thermostatic drying oven (Hot Air Sterilizer) is produced by HONGKE brand, suitable for drying, baking, melting wax and sterilizing in industrial and mining enterprises, laboratories, Universities & colleges, R & D institutions, etc. This model adopts stainless steel liner (type A) and intelligent digital display temperature control instrument (type S), Inner chamber dimensions are 350 * 450 * 450mm.
Features
1. The box is made of good steel or stainless steel plate welded, and the working room is made of stainless steel or spray high temperature silver paint.
2. The four corners of the liner are semicircular arcs, which are convenient for cleaning, novel in shape, beautiful and energy-saving.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through an electric heating element, which is combined with a microcomputer intelligent digital display thermometer for precise temperature control. The built-in hot air circulation system composed of a low-noise fan and an air duct makes the hot air force circulation inside the studio, so as to achieve uniform distribution of temperature inside the studio, achieving the purpose of drying, baking, melting wax or sterilizing.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated environment and connect it to a 220V, 50HZ power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed on the standard 2 shelves.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) through the microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the hot air circulation system ensures uniform temperature.
5. After the equipment reaches the set temperature and stabilizes, it starts drying, baking and other operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply of the equipment, and open the box door to take out the items after the temperature in the box drops to a safe range.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Please use the specified 220V, 50HZ power supply and ensure good grounding.
• The temperature in the box is very high when the equipment is running and just after running, do not directly touch the liner and heating element, and pay attention to high temperature burns when taking out items.
• Do not put flammable, explosive, volatile and corrosion items into the box for drying.
• When cleaning the liner, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down.
• Non-professionals should not disassemble or repair the equipment by themselves.
