Features
1. The box is made of good steel or stainless steel plate welded, and the working room is made of stainless steel or spray high temperature silver paint.

Principle
The drying oven generates heat through electric heating elements, which is combined with a microcomputer intelligent temperature control system for precise temperature control. The built-in low-noise fan and air duct form a hot air circulation system, so that the hot air is forced convection inside the studio, so as to achieve uniform temperature distribution inside the studio and meet the process requirements of drying, baking, wax, sterilizing, etc.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable and well-ventilated position and connect it to a 220V, 50HZ power supply.
2. Open the box door and place the items to be processed on the standard shelf. Note that there are gaps between the items to facilitate hot air circulation.
3. Close the box door and set the required temperature (RT + 10~ 300 ° C) and Working time through the microcomputer intelligent digital display temperature control instrument.
4. Start the equipment, heating and hot air circulation system to work.
5. During the working process, the internal status can be monitored through observation windows and temperature control instruments.
6. After the work is over, turn off the power supply, and wait for the temperature in the box to naturally chill down to a safe range before opening the box door to take out the items.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a drying, stable and well-ventilated environment.
• Please use the specified 220V, 50HZ power supply and ensure good grounding.
• The items in the box should not be placed too tightly, and space should be left to ensure the effect of hot air circulation.
• The set temperature must not exceed 300 ° C.
• When taking and placing items, pay attention to high temperature to avoid burns. It is recommended to do it after the equipment is chilled down.
• When cleaning the liner, wait until the equipment is completely chilled down and wipe with a soft cloth.
• Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
