Overview
QIWEI FS-400T is a digital display high speed dissolver, which integrates dispersion and stirring functions, and can complete two processes of dispersion and homogenization in the same container. The equipment adopts an electronic constant force speed control circuit and a digital display Rotation speed, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, good mixing effect and easy cleaning. It adopts a manual lifting design, which is simple and convenient to operate. The motor Power is 400W, and the lifting method is a manual pressing type of cylindrical struts.

Principle
The FS-400T Disperser drives the motor to run at high speed through an electronic constant force speed control line. Driven by the motor, the dispersion head generates a swirl/spin tangential high linear speed, which allows the material to withstand strong hydraulic shearing and high-frequency mechanical effects under the action of huge centrifugal force. The material is subjected to thousands of shearing and mechanical effects per minute, thus achieving efficient mixing, dispersion and homogenization. The digital display of Rotation speed helps to correlate process parameters.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Mixing Tank (1.5L standard, 2.5L single layer or 5L double-decked) according to the material Processing capacity (2~ 5kg) and viscosity (maximum 100000mPa.s).
2. Put the material into the Mixing Tank.
3. By manually pressing the cylindrical strut, adjust the height of the main engine (dispersion shaft), so that the dispersion head can be immersed in the material to a suitable depth.
4. Continuously adjust the speed through the intelligent controller (range 100~ 8000rpm), set the required Rotation speed, and the digital screen will directly display the current Rotation speed of the shaft.
5. Start the equipment and start the dispersal, mixing or homogenization operation.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power supply, raise the dispersion head, and clean it.
Notice
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50HZ.
The viscosity of the treated material should not exceed the maximum treated viscosity of 100000mPa.s.
* According to the experimental or production needs, choose the appropriate impeller (φ 50/60mm) or grinding disc (φ 60mm).
* Pay attention to the smooth operation when lifting manually, and the lifting Travel is 250mm.
The equipment does not have a timing function and requires manual control of the running time.
The equipment is heavier (25kg for the host), so please pay attention to safety when moving and installing.
After the job is completed, clean it in time to keep the equipment clean.
