Overview
The HONGKE MHP-300 mildew incubator is a High Accuracy thermostatic device with cold and heat control functions, specially designed for the cultivation and breeding of bacteria, molds and microorganisms, and is suitable for biological engineering, medical research, environment protection, agroforestry science, aquatic products, animal husbandry and other fields of scientific research and production.
Features
1. Microcomputer intelligent control, with functions such as monitoring, temperature control, and protection.
2. Adopting professional refrigeration technology, the cooling effect is good, and the four corners of the inner tank of the box are semi-circular arcs.
3. Equipped with the function of simultaneously displaying the set temperature and the measured temperature, it can directly observe the temperature inside and outside the box.
4. With low temperature compensation function, it can improve the temperature control accuracy during low temperature operation.
5. The box is equipped with lighting (mildew incubator with UV Lamp), which is convenient for observing the foster objects in the box.

Principle
Control system by microcomputer, combined with professional refrigeration and heating technology, the equipment in the set ambient temperature range (5~ 35 ℃) precise control of the temperature (5~ 50 ℃), to achieve thermostatic foster. The low temperature compensation function further ensures the temperature control accuracy under low temperature conditions.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position that meets the Ambient Temperature requirements (5~ 35 ° C).
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required foster temperature (5~ 50 ° C) and timing time (1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer controller.
4. Place the sample to be fostered and adjust the shelf as needed.
5. Start the device and observe the set temperature and the measured temperature in the box through the display screen.
6. During the foster period, you can use the light in the box (or UV Lamp) to observe the foster.
7. After the timing is over or when a manual stop is required, turn off the device and remove the sample.
Notice
• Please ensure that the equipment is working at the specified Ambient Temperature (5~ 35 ℃).
• The power requirements are 220V 50Hz, please connect correctly.
• When the equipment is running, do not open and close the box door frequently, so as not to affect the temperature Stability.
• Device power (800W) to ensure the safety of the power supply line.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
• If equipped with UV Lamp, please pay attention to protection when opening to avoid direct ultraviolet rays to the eyes and skin.
