Overview
The LHP-300 Constant Temperature and Humidity Incubator is a 300L environment simulation device that uses professional microcomputer technology for programmable control. It provides the accurate constant temperature and humidity environment required for industrial research and biotechnology testing, and is suitable for many purposes such as microbial fostering, tissue cell preservation, plant cultivation and breeding, preservation and testing of biological products and pharmaceuticals.

Principle
The incubator precisely adjusts the refrigeration/heating system and the ultrasonic humidification and internal dehumidification system through a microcomputer control system to maintain the temperature and Humidity set in the chamber. The duct-type ventilating system ensures air circulation in the studio, resulting in a uniform distribution of temperature and Humidity, thus providing stable, controlled environment simulation conditions for the sample.
Applications
Bacteria, moulds, microorganisms, antimicrobial, tissue cell fostering and preservation, plant cultivation, breeding tests, biological products, medicines, vaccines, blood and various specimens preservation and testing, commodity, parts of mass testing, other purposes of constant temperature and humidity testing
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Microcomputer programming through Touchscreen, setting the required parameters such as temperature, Humidity and Working time.
3. Select Continuous or Timed Operating Mode.
4. Start the equipment, the system starts to run, and intelligently control the temperature and Humidity.
5. After the work is completed, remove the sample and turn off the equipment.
Notice
* Equipment Ambient Temperature should be between 10-35 ℃.
* Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz.
The equipment has an over-temperature protection function, but it is still necessary to check the operating status regularly.
* When cleaning the liner, take care to protect the stainless steel surface.
Non-professional personnel should not disassemble or repair the equipment.
