Overview
HONGKE PQX-400 Artificial climate box is an experimental device used to simulate the natural climate environment. It realizes day/night cycle work by microcomputer programming parameters such as temperature, Humidity, light and time. It is suitable for cell tissue fostering, seed germination, seedling raising, insect feeding, microbial fostering and material performance testing.

Principle
The device uses microcomputer technology to simulate the day and night cycle of natural climate by programming various parameters such as temperature, Humidity, Illumrination degree and time. Its intelligent thermostatic Control system and internal dehumidification system work together, combined with air duct ventilation, to ensure that the environment in the box is uniform and stable to meet the needs of different biological fostering and experiments.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (220V 50HZ).
2. Microcomputer programming through Touchscreen, setting the required parameters such as temperature, Humidity, light intensity and time (Timer Range 1-9999 minutes), and setting day and night modes separately.
3. Place the samples to be fostered or experimented on the shelf (3 as standard).
4. Start the equipment and start running the simulated climate program.
5. After the operation, remove the sample and perform equipment cleaning and maintenance as required.
Notice
• Operating Environment Temperature must be between 5-35 ℃.
• Temperature range is 10-50 ° C with light and 5-50 ° C without light.
• Note that the maximum power consumption of the device is 1100W to ensure the power load capacity.
• Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the internal Humidity uniformity.
• Regularly check the operating status of the equipment to ensure that the over-temperature and abnormal protection functions of the Sensor are normal.
• When cleaning the liner, use a soft fabric to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface.
