CHP-160 (Water-jacketed) Co2 incubator is a precision instrument for cell, tissue and bacterial fostering under the HONGKE brand. It adopts Water-jacketed Heating mode with stable temperature control and is widely used in research and fostering work in microbiology, agricultural science, genetic engineering, immunology and other fields.
1. Microcomputer module control, high control accuracy, digital display temperature and CO2 concentration. 2. With CO2 concentration sound and light alarm device. 3. Equipped with CO2 and gas dual filtrating device. 4. Water-jacketed design, effective insulation compartment, stable temperature control and power saving. 5. Equipped with a door heating device to prevent condensation and contamination of the Glass door for easy observation. 6. The incubator water jacket is made of stainless steel argon arc welding, which is durable; the four corners of the liner are semicircular arcs, which is easy to clean.
The incubator precisely controls the environment in the box through a microcomputer module. For temperature control, a Water-jacketed heating system is used to provide stable and uniform heat. For carbon dioxide concentration control, the CO2 level in the box is monitored through the Sensor and the intake air is automatically adjusted to maintain the set concentration. Humidification is achieved through natural evaporation, providing a suitable Humidity environment for the foster.

1. Place the device in a stable position that meets the operating Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 35 ° C) and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply. 2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (room temperature + 5~ 60 ° C) and CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) through the microcomputer control panel. 3. Wait for the incubator internal environment (temperature, CO2 concentration) to reach and stabilize at the set value. 4. Place the sample to be fostered on the shelf and close the door. 5. During the foster process, the internal situation can be viewed through the observation window, and the equipment will prompt abnormal CO2 concentration through sound and light alarms. 6. After use, remove the sample and turn off the power.
• Equipment should work under Ambient Temperature + 5~ 35 ℃, Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz. • Pay attention to the alarm prompt of CO2 concentration (+/- 1%), and deal with abnormalities in time. • When cleaning the liner, the design of its semi-circular arc four corners can be used. • When the door heating device is working, do not touch the high temperature parts directly with your hands. • The maximum power consumption of the equipment is ≤ 700W, please ensure the safety of the power supply line. • Humidification mode is natural evaporation without additional operation.
