HONGKE CHP-80 Co2 Incubator is a precision instrument designed for fostering cells, tissues and bacteria. Principle
The incubator precisely adjusts the temperature and carbon dioxide concentration in the chamber through a microcomputer Control system to create a stable simulated in vivo environment for cells or tissues to foster. The gas sleeve heating system ensures uniform and stable temperature. CO2 gas enters the chamber through the filtrating device, and the concentration is monitored by the Sensor. If it exceeds the set range, an alarm will be triggered.

Steps
1. Place the device in a position that meets the requirements of the working Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ 35 ° C), and connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
2. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature (room temperature + 5~ 60 ° C) and CO2 concentration (0~ 20%) through the microcomputer control panel.
3. Wait for the temperature and CO2 concentration in the box to reach and stabilize at the set value.
4. Put in the samples that need to be fostered.
5. Close the box door, the equipment enters the automatic operation state, and continuously monitors and adjusts the internal environment.
6. After the experiment, remove the sample and turn off the power.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before use.
Equipment should work at Ambient Temperature + 5~ 35 ℃.
• Pay attention to the CO2 alarm prompt, when the concentration deviation exceeds the set value +/- 1%, the sound and light alarm will be triggered.
• Clean the liner regularly to maintain hygiene.
• Do not open the box door for a long time while the equipment is running, so as not to affect the internal environment Stability.
