HONGKE SHP-160D low temperature biochemistry cultivating box is a special thermostatic equipment suitable for water analysis, BOD determination, bacteria, mold, microbial fostering, preservation, storage and other experiments. Operating temperature range is -20 ℃ to 50 ℃, volume is 160L, using microcomputer intelligent control and imported Compressor, suitable for environment protection, agriculture and livestock, drug inspection, aquatic products and other research, college experiments and production departments.

Principle
The incubator precisely controls the Compressor refrigeration and heating system through the microcomputer intelligent Control system to achieve the setting and stability of the temperature in the box. Its low temperature compensation function can optimize the temperature control accuracy in the low temperature range, ensure that the temperature in the box is uniform and the fluctuation is small, and provide a constant low temperature foster environment for the sample.

Steps
1. Place the equipment in a stable and well-ventilated environment with an Ambient Temperature between 5 and 35 ° C.
2. Connect the 220V 50Hz power supply.
3. Set the required temperature (range -20~ 50 ℃, resolution 0.1 ℃) and timing time (range 1~ 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer control panel.
4. Place the sample to be fostered or preserved on the shelf and close the box door.
5. Start the device, and the device will automatically run until the set time or stop manually.
6. During operation, the situation in the box can be observed through the lighting, and the RS485 interface can be optionally connected to the computer for data recording.

* Please ensure that the device operates at the specified Ambient Temperature (5~ 35 ° C).
* Power supply voltage must be 220V 50Hz, and ensure good grounding.
* The maximum power consumption of the device is 600W, please ensure that the power supply line is fully loaded.
* Do not frequently open and close the box door, so as not to affect the temperature Stability and uniformity in the box.
